To protect your BlackBerry ID login information if your smartphone is lost or stolen, the password reset email is not delivered to your smartphone. To receive your password reset email at a different email address, you must temporarily forward your email before you click the Submit button.

Jun 8, 2022 · I know my blackberry ID user/pass - and in fact, when I go to the BB website, it works fine - (although you can't do anything!!). So, did some more research and figured the only way into this was to reformat (guess that's not the correct term) the phone.
