Feb 19, 2024 · OK, I killed Edge from Task Manager and when I went into email I had to log back in with email address and password and ticked "Keep me signed in". I then signed out and it asked me to login in again, i.e. it's back to normal.

Aug 4, 2023 · I have had my BT phone line and email address for 24 years, so moving email to a new address will be daunting. My BT contract ends in August 2024 and I am leaving the UK to go travelling around asia for at least 2 years in Sept 2024, so clearly there is no point in me keeping my BT internet.
Feb 23, 2024 · Last few days cannot open any emails on mobile in BT Mail app, even though the app opens as normal, and the email headings are displayed. Nor can my wife. Just says 'Failed to retrieve email content'. Tried my phone, my wife's phone, my spare phone - all different models! Changed wifi, and changed to mobile data - make no difference.

Mar 22, 2024 · DownDetector is alive with errors. I have been trying to log in to all 6 of my email accounts and have had the same response as above. My experience with BT has been worsening over the last year, and Iwill move to Sky or Trooli within the next month or so. BT have some good ideas, but are very poor at implementing them?
