Hi, Where can we download " Flags of the World " library, since x-plained.com closed registrations and their form does not work anymore ? Use Overlay Editor to place in any scenery of your choice. Works for 9.3 up, and all versions of 10, 32 & 64 bit compatible. v.2. added .dds textures files for better FPS.
May 1, 2014 · Posted May 3, 2014. The scenery errors indeed have to do with not finding the flags files. Most likely you have an extra level of folder in the flags_world package folder. There should be a library.txt file in the top level package folder. BTW, we recommend against installing X-Plane in the Applications folder.
