Oct 4, 2013 · The cancellation fee only applies within 24 hours of booking. Afterthat the flight is non-refundable apart from tax. Basically, if you cancel within 24 hours, you get you fare back less £30, if after 24 hours, you'll only get the tax back. I've double checked - the £30 to cancel still applies after 24 hours.

They have agreed to pay some items but not others and to be honest, their decision making is unclear and confusing. They have agreed to pay: PAID: taxi from Faro airport to the hotel.
