Orcs Must Die 1-3, Sanctum 1-2, and Plants vs Zombies are my favorites. OMD and Sanctum are a mix of shooter and tower defense. I used to like Dungeon Defenders but they keep trying to "overhaul" the game with new iterations and missing the mark.
