Then, I leave it for hours without holding a phone or even looking at it. It goes by itself up to Wave 1000, making a million coins.
Either way, here's the bottom line without sprint card: the longer the run at a particular wave, the greater the coin efficiency because enemy density increases over time and the later waves are the most profitable. For me T9 and T10 have roughly equal coins-per-wave (T9 is slightly better).
