Deluxe edition only gives you packs, minecoins, and skin stuff in Bedrock which if you don't play you'll never see/use because Java doesn't have a marketplace or cosmetics so if you only play Java and want mods its a waste of 10$. TLDR; Just get the base game, don't get deluxe.
