Monroe is a British medical drama television series created and written by Peter Bowker and produced by Mammoth Screen for the ITV network. The series follows a neurosurgeon named Gabriel Monroe, played by James Nesbitt.
Monroe is amused when Springer gets a lawyer's letter following his inability to distinguish between a tumor and an abscess. Monroe himself is preparing to operate on straight-talking Bridget Addy to cure her epilepsy.
