Click on the Minecraft Education home page link at the top of any Support Center page. Click on your icon at the top and select My Profile to access your profile page. From the Edit profile page, click Upload a Photonext to your name and then select an image to upload. The photo must be less than 500 Kb in size, and be exactly square. After you select your image click Save in the Select Avatar window, and then make sure to scroll to the bottom of the profile page and click the Update Profilebutton.

Minecraft Education licenses just need to be assigned to a user account in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. These accounts don't necessarily have to have email functionality. New accounts can be created in the admin center.
