May 19, 2024 · Watch List and Channel 4 catch up. Firstly I just wanted to say it is good to see much more HD content in the catch up apps, particularly itvX, Channel 4 and UKTV (iPlayer was a given). However, if I watch content in iPlayer, itvX, My5 (🙊) or UKTV, it is automatically added to Watch List, but anything I test on Channel 4 catch up does not.
Oct 11, 2021 · Have just 'upgraded' to the Big entertainment package and cannot now get Channel 4 catch up. I have tried updating the app from settings but just tells me that it cannot update them at the moment .
Mar 19, 2022 · You don't need an All 4 + subscription to watch All 4 in HD . All 4 provides HD content on some platforms and SD content on others. That is determined by Channel 4. So the absence so far of HD content on All 4 player on YouView platforms which BT TV boxes use is clearly a strategy they have so far opted to apply. 0 Ratings.

Sep 13, 2018 · All 4 Catch up problems. Sometimes, when we are watching a catch up programme on All 4, the programme freezes at the point where the adverts stop and the programme content restarts - usually after two or three advert breaks. After a while, the YouView box restarts and we have lost our place in the programme and have to navigate back to it.

It nearly always automatically fast forwards through all the adverts before and during a programme which is obviously rather handy. It probably does it around 90% of the time. You can not actually record programs from Discovery Plus but if you have an activated account just go to the menu on the left of the screen, tap on the search bottom, search the program you want and it will come up and you can then watch it from the start. It’s just like recording. 🤞.
Feb 13, 2023 · Box not recording channel 4 programmes. Hi all , our box has suddenly stopped recording but only on channel 4, including things we have set up as a series link. Have tried a retune of channels, rebooted box etc, but still getting the issue but only on channel 4 ( E4, more 4 still record ok ) anyone else had this issue ?
Jul 4, 2023 · If your box isn't the BT TV Pro/BT mini box you will not get any version of the ITVx player due to age of devices/compatibility. If your box is perfectly fine otherwise I would recommend buying a Roku player that plugs into your TV and gives you all the latest apps plus some other TV shows/films for free.
