Sadly, Volition and Deep Silver prioritized the SR2022 Reboot over SR2, and only silence followed the SR2 Rerelease project.

May 8, 2023 · The Fix. If you use an Nvidia GPU, just open the Nvidia Control Panel: Click Manage 3D Settings under 3D Settings. Click Program Settings. Find Saints Row 2 (sr2_pc.exe) Scroll down and select Low Latency Mode. Set it to Ultra. Now you can restart your game and enjoy it without crashing every 5 minutes.

So you need to make a virtual LAN and I have chosen to use hamachi because its very simple to setup but a bit triggy to make it work with SR2. Aug 18, 2024 · Just drop ALL these files in the same place where the sr2 executable is (juiced 5.1.2 + dxvk 2.4) And enjoy! Make sure to disable vsync and fullscreen in the saints row 2 video options menu, because dxvk will be handling that from now on)
