If you have chunks that you havent visited since before 1.19 then Trial Chambers can Spawn in them since they Spawn under height 0 AFAI Tested. As people said, yes, but if you like there's 3rd party apps to delete explored chunks. I'd try Querz's MCASelector to reset them. this really was a tricky trial.
