  4. Highly recommend if you like the fall out universe. It’s my favorite. 3 is definitely the clunkiest out of the modern games, and has a lot of weird balance problems. But there is probably no game in the series that is more "post-apocalyptic", with every other game being more "post-post-apocalyptic".
