It’s that good a movie. The movie doesn’t have a star. It does not, indeed, even have a lead role. Instead, Altman creates a world, a community in which some people know each other and others don’t, in which people are likely to meet before they understand the ways in which their lives are related.

Nashville is a 1975 American satirical musical comedy drama film directed and produced by Robert Altman. The film follows various people involved in the country and gospel music industry in Nashville, Tennessee, over the five-day period leading up to a gala concert for a populist outsider running for president on the Replacement Party ticket.
A technical masterpiece replete with self-consciously allegorical overtones rising to a politically simpleminded din. A rare and puzzling movie: beautiful and cruel, passionate but strangely shallow.

The Razor's Edge with Bill Murray is a good movie in the same way of Nashville in that it has some great moments, some great comedic moments as well as some very great dramatic moments, just like Nashville.
