This is long overdue, but there are clearly discrepancies between this sentiment and what the update ACTUALLY implements: The update was targeted to new players who would have 'auto-centre towers' enabled by default. This is a great idea.

Before you could kind of plop down archers and defend any attack, but with their slight nerf and the updates to the mobs and other towers, tower knowledge is now more important than ever.
Feb 16, 2021 · I used to play a lot of Tower Defense, and I have been getting back into it since the update, I stopped due to a mix of just straight bordum in Tower Defense, and in Minecraft in general in 2020, but I have been getting back into it and its fun, and as others said, TD is a very interesting game mode, that a lot of other networks doesnt have.
