The only option is to delete the account and create a new one (see last question below).

Aug 13, 2017 · Hi, I'm using a BlackBerry Z10 (bb 10os), firstly I forgot my BlackBerry ID password and so I changed the password in forgot password. Now I'm unable to login to the BlackBerry ID with the new password. I can't even perform a security wipe, it needs the BlackBerry id password.
Do one of the following: • To reset your password on a computer, visit. www.blackberry.com/blackberryid. Click Reset your password. Complete. the instructions on the screen. • To reset your password on your BlackBerry device, when you are prompted to sign in with your BlackBerry ID, click. Forgot Password.
Nov 9, 2013 · OP try logging in from a pc to be sure username and password are actually correct. Make sure your network connection is actually functioning fully. Page 11 of the short manual on the Blackberry ID gives instruction on what to do if you have forgotten your password.
