Either way, placing this flight form on a final boss's loot table, in a mythic raid, is absurd. This encourages the purchasing of WoW Tokens (Puts money in Blizz's pocket) and contributes to Gold Farming, to sell for real currency (Puts money in a 3rd party's pocket).

The raid is currently at level 35, so you will want to make sure your level is higher than that. A character between levels 60 and 70 should be able to solo all the bosses easily.
