Jun 8, 2022 · I went through the article on this site to skip the BB enrollment, but the 'voice' never appears - just sits at the wi-fi screen. When I swipe right/left I do hear the screen reader telling me that the device is protected and to enter blackberry username & password - which of course won't work.

Oct 25, 2022 · To perform a hard reset, remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert. For a soft reset, press and hold the Alt, Right-Shift, and Backspace/Delete keys. To restore your Blackberry to its original factory settings, go to Options > Security Settings > Security Wipe. Method 1.
Feb 27, 2022 · Select a WiFi network, add the password and press ‘Connect’. After trying to connect, the options to select a WiFi network will reappear. Don’t select a network again, just press the ‘Next’ button. Now this is the point where the ‘Regional Update’ page should appear.

Once you are past BBID, you can take your time tapping Skip until you reach the screen with a Done button at the bottom of the screen. Tap Done. You are now back into your BlackBerry PlayBook.
