Jun 8, 2022 · When I swipe right/left I do hear the screen reader telling me that the device is protected and to enter blackberry username & password - which of course won't work. I can't see that screen, but I can 'hear' it read out. So, I assume that after the factory reset, the device has maintained the protection and now I'm kinda screwed.
