Jun 24, 2020 · Hi Greg. Thanks for your quick response. I did try to restore to before the updates, but it asked for the password of the administrator. I also tried to uninstall the updates, but again it asked for the administrator password 😭
Jun 8, 2022 · Press and hold down the Power button, Volume UP and Volume DOWN buttons all at the same time. When the device starts booting, you can release the buttons. Try the Screen Reader for BBID again. Some devices need this (Power button, Vol - button, Vol + button) done a few times before the Screen Reader speaks about BBID.
Dec 27, 2018 · If this fails from the Troubleshoot Options try a Reset, saving files. If this fails choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, click Next to let it create needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.
