May 5, 2024 · Only thing I can think of is that maybe the APN is not set, or at least not set correctly. Find out from your carrier what the APN should be, and make sure the phone is set to that. It's been a while on those old BBOS phones, but that's somewhere in Settings, usually related to the SIM or the mobile network. Sent from my SM-S926U using Tapatalk.
