Scroll to and touch Backup & reset. Scroll to and touch Factory data reset. Read the warning. Touch RESET PHONE. If prompted, enter your device lock code (PIN, password, pattern, etc.) and touch Enter. Touch ERASE EVERYTHING. The phone will reset and reboot.
