Jul 31, 2013 · Hi, FYI: You can actually setup the phone with WiFi only - no SIM card is needed (of course you cannot make calls!). I have not knowlegde about factory resetting a BB10. With legacy BB devices you could use the command line tool "loader.exe /resettofactory".
