Step 3 SIM Card. Push and slide the bottom-most metal SIM card cover to the left and up to unlock it. Remove the SIM card.
After the reset, the phone will reboot to the initial setup screen. IMPORTANT: All of your media, data and settings will be erased. This action cannot be undone. Remove the SIM card by sliding it out of the black tray. Insert the replacement SIM card with the gold plated side with lines facing down. Fold the black tray down with the SIM card in and push forward until the tray "slides" into place.
