Jun 8, 2022 · So, did some more research and figured the only way into this was to reformat (guess that's not the correct term) the phone. Found a download that when you download, extract and run - then pull the battery from the BB , plug into PC and then put battery in, it will reload the software effectively removing my issue.
Jun 6, 2007 · Distinguished. Try 'wipe handheld' - options / security options / general settings / menu / wipe handheld / "blackberry". Am not sure if this will reset the device itself to factor settings, but it would not harm to try. Alternatively, reload the O.S. 06-06-07 03:03 PM.
