Upon set up I get a screen that says "This device belongs to your organisation", and and can't really do anything except reset the device (then I'm back to square 1). I can click around a few times and see that the device was/is also set up with what I think is called a client manager (it's a Blackberry product in this case).

6 days ago · Re: Restoring all settings to default. First, make a library backup (File > Library > Back up) and put it somewhere safe. This way you can go back if you want. You can clear your library from File > Library. This removes the files and playlists from the library (but not the physical files on disk).

2 days ago · Re: Reset ATEM mini to factory default state. From the ATEM software, chose "Clear Startup state" from the file menu. This resets the operational parameters of the switcher to OOTB, but will doubtfully do anything for the USB connection. Your issue is likely a bad cable, privacy settings, or bad drivers in Windows.
