4 days ago · @chanel58 delete the Sky wifi connection on the phone, fully shut down the phone then rdboot it and add the Sky wifi again it should then connect. The memory location thst stores passwords can get scrambled that process clears it.

3 days ago · After a RESET of the Hub 3 ( or any VM Hub ) it will revert to the factory shipping condition, ( if changed) the Hub admin menu password and Wi-Fi password will both revert to the values shown on the label on the base of the Hub. The Hub 3 will also revert to the original software which could be some years old.
3 days ago · I recently lost internet for a period and I ended up having to reset my RE220. Got it all reconnected to the network via WPS BUT when I try to actually log into the network it asks me for a password. I tried the old password and that didn't work. I tried 'admin' and that didn't work. I'm at a loss as to what it might be. All help is appreciated.

After the reset however it went to crap. I tried to check my network settings, everything seems normal. I even enabled the 2.4 GHz/5 GHz/6 GHz. We have Verizon, I haven’t gotten a chance to call but they usually just do the typical “turn it off/turn it on” solution which we’ve done 6 times. The router model is (CR1000A)
