4 days ago · After a RESET of the Hub 3 ( or any VM Hub ) it will revert to the factory shipping condition, ( if changed) the Hub admin menu password and Wi-Fi password will both revert to the values shown on the label on the base of the Hub. The Hub 3 will also revert to the original software which could be some years old.

Find out more. @chanel58 delete the Sky wifi connection on the phone, fully shut down the phone then rdboot it and add the Sky wifi again it should then connect. The memory location thst stores passwords can get scrambled that process clears it.
6 days ago · With a PC connected directly to Port 1 of the hub I can connect to the Internet and also connect to 192.168.100.1. However I can't remember the password. A quick search suggests that the default is "admin". This doesn't work. There is also a numerical settings password on the label on the base.
