I rang up on the day and advised promised me I would be on my midnight. I've had like 20 webchats and 15 calls and no-one seems to know what is happening and they won't send an engineer out.
3 days ago · After a RESET of the Hub 3 ( or any VM Hub ) it will revert to the factory shipping condition, ( if changed) the Hub admin menu password and Wi-Fi password will both revert to the values shown on the label on the base of the Hub. The Hub 3 will also revert to the original software which could be some years old.

Now my WiFi is not listed among available options and when I type it in it says it cannot find network. I have reset my router and it is fine.
