I own a Z30, and have not realized that BlackBerry Protect was still activated when the servers shut down. I am unable to wipe the device using the standard procedure.
Jun 6, 2015 · Stuck on setup step after wifi connection. 06-16-22 08:23 PM. tools. 3. nishrestha. Got Z30 2 weeks back. As I do not have SIM, so was just playing with different apps/options and working fine. Now suddenly (do not know what I did), i got the setup screen. In first screen it shows 3 rectangle box and first two are marked done. The text as below:

When I try to enable a mobile hotspot, it says "in order to use a mobile hotspot, contact your wireless service provider to subscribe to a mobile hotspot data plan". That is strange, because my plan includes tehering.
