Jun 8, 2022 · So, I assume that after the factory reset, the device has maintained the protection and now I'm kinda screwed. Is there anyway (with key combination) to do the reset again? I have downloaded the blackberry software, but of course, it won't run on my later model Mac either

I go to reset it and the whole cycle repeats. As I cannot get past both screens to perform a factory reset or any deletion of apps I am stuck. I think the best think to do would be to somehow reset the phone, erasing everything including the OS and installing a new OS from scratch.
