First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!
Jun 1, 2016 · I'm googling now for a USB reset solution that does not reboot my Mac. Found this tool here: http://v6download.touch-base.com/downloads/MacProber/USB_Prober_Mac_OS_X_10.7.3.zip . Still works on Sierra.
