Jun 20, 2016 · Am using a blackberry phone and whenever I connect it to my windows 10 device, it does not show. I learnt i would need a device driver for it but am not getting any of them. Any help on a link to download one?? .
Oct 4, 2017 · Windows didn't recognize the device, then tried to install Android driver, still not recognized. Then I uninstalled both, and install Android driver again, didn't work. I tried to update driver in Device Manager, but then it said couldn't find MTP driver.

Jan 2, 2015 · Even now that both programs are happily ensconced, and the main setup program helpfully points out that both are up to date, and offers to install just the drivers, it crashes out with a generic error code (I googled it, and it was reassuringly non-helpful).
