European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) The European Cyclists’ Federation is a Brussels-based independent non-profit association dedicated to achieving more and better cycling for all in Europe. ECF is pledged to ensure that bicycle use achieves its fullest potential so as to bring about sustainable mobility and public well-being.
The European Cyclists' Federation ( ECF) is a non-profit member-based umbrella federation of local, regional and national civil society organizations that promote cycling for both transportation and leisure. ECF has around 70 member organizations across more than 40 countries [1] that it represents at the European level and internationally.
