May 20, 2024 · Email login extremely slow or completely unobtainium. Hello all, Starting perhaps a week or so ago logging into my old BT email has been close to impossible (right now I can't even get to the first login page without the animated dots and the bt logo - 20 mins so far on that screen) I've tried everything I can think of.
May 21, 2024 · Any help would be great. Have cancelled my broadband and asked to keep email address said I was happy to pay for Premium email account. BT said they would send email with link to set up and haven’t have phone 5 times now and getting no where . Need to keep email address for my business. Have looked on my BT but nothing on there to set up either

May 8, 2024 · Have you been able to login to your email yet? I'm not able to access my emails on the BT app but can through the website. Hopefully this is just a technical issue that is being sorted out?

Changed the email password. logged into email online with the new password aok (then logged out) delete existing mail account on ios device. attempt to create a new email account on ios (phone or mac, doesnt seem to matter) using IMAP with documented settings.
