In the lagoon the shores are overgrown with reeds. Herons and fishermen fish there. By the sea, the closest beach to Venice is Venice Lido (Lido di Venezia) – a large island that closes Venice from the sea.

Lido di Jesolo is turistic place with a lots of hotels, restaurant, shops and great sandy beach. We have stayed in hotel Europa category 4 stars. Hotel is nice, has great location, because it is situated on main promenade and also is near the beach. Just few meters from the hotel is wide sandy beach with parasols and sun loungers.
