Vincent Jean Mpoy Kompany (French pronunciation: [vɛ̃sɑ̃ kɔ̃pani]; Dutch pronunciation: [vɪnsɛnt kɔmpani]; born 10 April 1986) is a Belgian professional football manager and former player who played as a centre back. He is the current manager of Premier League club Burnley.

Vincent Kompany was appointed manager of Burnley on 14 June 2022. Kompany joined Burnley from Anderlecht after spending two seasons with the Belgian side in his first managerial post. He guided Anderlecht to fourth and third-place finishes before taking up the post at Turf Moor.
