•Red Death announcing that she will be "judge, jury and executioner" is a reference to August Heart, the latter claiming that he became "judge, jury and executioner" as he decided to become Godspeed in order to find his brother's killer. Adrian Chase/Prometheus used that same line in the Season 5 Arrow episode "Kapiushon" where while he was torturing Oliver, he explains why he named himself Prometheus because in mythology, Prometheus challenged the omnipotence of the gods. Adrian believed that like Oliver Queen, the gods played judge, jury, and executioner, but Prometheus took away their power.
