Feb 8, 2021 · Online fashion retailer Boohoo has acquired Dorothy Perkins, Wallis and Burton from the administrators of failed retail group Arcadia for £25.2m. The deal completes the sell-off of Sir Philip Green's once mighty Arcadia group, which employed 13,000 people and had 214 stores in the UK.
