Go to step 1. The guide will show you how to: Remove the battery. Replace the SIM card. Step 1 Battery. Hold the phone with the back facing you. Press the silver tab down and remove the cover. Add a comment. Step 2. Pull up on the top edge of the battery to remove it. Add a comment. Step 3 SIM Card.
Step 1 Battery. Turn the phone upside down. Push down on the black button on the back of the phone to slide the rear panel off. The battery should be visible now. Step 2. Hold the BlackBerry in one hand face-up with the screen facing towards you. Gently smack the phone against your hand to dislodge the battery. Step 3 SIM Card.
