David was awarded the St. Louis Area Dentist of the Year award in 2013 and was top rated by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Dr. David and his wife, Anne, are the proud parents of four sons. The oldest is a lawyer, the second is a high school teacher, and the youngest two are dentists.

He graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Following graduation, David returned to St. Louis and joined the professional staff at Kennerly Dental Group where he practices with his father.
