His representative Tracy Mapes said the actor died Tuesday after a short illness. The actor’s daughter, Lauren Cross, said her father died in Vienna, Austria.
Ben Cross was a British actor who starred in Chariots of Fire (1981), The Citadel (1983) and The Far Pavilions (1984). He also wrote music, directed plays and spoke several languages. He died of cancer in 2020.
