I just binge watched all of PP, starting with the web series then the TV series the movie and then all the shorts. I wanted to write my thoughts watching them back in 2022. The web series holds such a special place in my heart for me, I grew up alongside it.
There are currently eighteen episodes of Pure Pwnage the web series and eight episodes of a TV series commissioned by Showcase. [1] All the episodes from the original web series are available for streaming on the official Pure Pwnage website.
Pure Pwnage ultimately died because of Showcase. It could have had a future if the network had supported it properly, and since they all would have been working full-time on the show anyway, we might have even gotten a continuation to the web series as a bonus.
Amazing! It's incredible that 20 years later there's still this much of a community behind it and the fact that it went on to become an actual TV show and then a movie. What a wild ride it must have been for Geoff, Jarett and the team.
