Aug 25, 2020 · We purchased tickets in the foyer at the Odeon just before lockdown. They cost us £64 and were paid for by credit card. Lockdown came and all the shows were cancelled. We rang customer services and they said they couldn’t refund the money because the transaction wasn’t done online.
I’ve genuinely got no idea what to do as my only proof of paying for these tickets is two -£12 charges on my app. Odeon’s website says that you can’t refund a ticket until they’ve stopped pending.
