Oct 19, 2021 · KLM’s longest scheduled service, non-stop from Amsterdam to Santiago de Chile, will continue this winter with three weekly flights. This winter will see the introduction of four entirely new destinations: Mombasa, Cancún, Port of Spain and Bridgetown.
On commencement of the winter schedule (28 October 2022 through 25 March 2023), KLM’s network will embrace a total of 163 destinations: 92 European and 71 intercontinental. The new destinations taken up in the network are Nantes in France, Rovaniemi in Finland, Aarhus in Denmark and Katowice in Poland.
As more and more travel restrictions are eased, KLM will be able to increase capacity again this winter and, as a result, plans to operate direct flights from Amsterdam to 162 different destinations, 72 intercontinental and 90 within Europe.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, KLM’s winter schedule will be a lot more restricted than it was in the same period last year. The timetable for the European network in November is currently around 55% of capacity in 2019.
