Oct 3, 2024 · In any event, Arrow’s UHD for The Chronicles of Riddick offers a staggering quantity of extras, both cuts of the film, a gorgeous new 4K master with HDR, and a fine new Atmos mix. It’s a fantastic set and a massive upgrade over Universal’s Blu-ray version, by every possible metric.
Dec 1, 2009 · Will definitely get this. Yes, it’s a flawed sequel and is very overblown but it does greatly increase the scope and vision of the Riddickverse and it sets things up nicely for the very worthy and more character driven third film. Gives me hope that part 3 will also get a UHD release now.
