Feb 19, 2019 · Why was [Thomas] sent to the Glade? Thomas was sent to the glade because: He betrayed Wicked to the Right Arm, a military group opposed to WCKD. The Right Arm is much smaller than before. Since he's immune to the Flare, they thought he'd be more useful in the Maze than dead.
