Not sure if it has an anime, but <Sun-Ken Rock> is a good mafia-focused manga and fits perfectly what you're looking for. Jojo's part 5 is gangster themed as well. Way of the House Husband is a comedy about a retired mobster who's now a stay-at-home house-husband.
