Feb 8, 2022 · My Sky Go on WIndows 10 Laptop is not working. I have followed every troubleshooting suggestion on the wesbite and on SkyCommunity. When I run Sky Go app on the laptop the loading screen is there for about 30 seconds and then the app closes itself.

Feb 16, 2024 · There are a multitude of chains about the issue of Sky Go not loading on laptops and just 'hanging' at the start screen. Hopefully this will be the one peopl pick first. This works in virtually every case.
Sep 22, 2015 · If you having trouble with watching Sky Go, then it is probably because Sky Go uses the Silverlight add-on which Edge doesn't support. To get around this simply use IE11. IE11 can be found by searching for Internet Explorer from the Search box at the bottom of the screen.
May 25, 2020 · My Sky Go App has suddenly stopped working on my PC. A box opens which says 'checking for updates' and then it just closes. I've run Troubleshoot which refers me to run Aero (Control Panel>Appearance) but I don't appear to have Aero.
