After only just having Yuki regain her memories, Kaname is scared to lose Yuki again as she refuses to leave the academy. However, Yuki kisses him and promises to always return to Kaname's arms, reassuring him before they part ways.
Kaname and Yuki. Due to his weakened state after being revived, Kaname transformed his body into that of a baby and suppressed his memories, entrusting his life in the hands of Haruka Kuran and Juri Kuran, who raised Kaname in place of the son that Rido Kuran had killed.
Kaname returns to Yuki's side and attacks Zero for pointing his gun at Yuki, he reverses his decision to kill him when he realizes Yuki will not forgive him for it. After their goodbye, Yuki and Kaname return to the Kuran mansion via a hidden entrance.
At the end of the manga, we all know that Yuki ended up sacrificing herself in order to bring Kaname to life as a human. But did she really have to do that? I mean she could have brought him as his pureblood self without sacrificing herself like it happened with Rido Kuran.

Yuki ends up sacrificing herself by giving her heart to Kaname's frozen body, reviving him and turning him human without his memories. That way he could "see the world just as she did, back when she was human".
